Mayfair is unmistakably Zaha Hadid. A mastery of scientific precision and artistic integrity, its soft, organic form pays tribute to St Kilda Road’s leafy streetscape, and the context within which it exists.
Fluid curves were inspired by the forces of nature, featuring looping balconies reminiscent of rippling sand dunes and waves. The façade system marries well-defined natural forms, made of metallic materials in satin sheen finish and glass balustrades. Linking different elements of the building into one, it opens more possibilities and gentle connections.
